BLB works to support children and young people by connecting basic support with education, care and opportunities for development. Through programmes, partnerships and community engagement, BLB seeks to remove barriers that prevent young people from learning, participating and building more secure futures.
What began as a deeply personal commitment to helping children has grown into a mission-driven organization dedicated to creating lasting change.
For years, we supported initiatives that provided care and opportunity to vulnerable children. Over time, it became clear that more could be done, and that vision led to the founding of Bread, Love & Books (BLB).
We have always believed that no child should grow up without love, guidance, and the opportunity to thrive, regardless of the circumstances they were born into. Our first initiatives focused on expanding access to education for orphaned children living in conflict-affected regions, helping them stay connected to learning despite instability.
Today, our work continues to evolve. By connecting children with sponsors, partners, and essential resources, we are building a support system that ensures no child is left behind. Together with our community, we are turning compassion into action, and action into opportunity.
